GIUSEPPE PRIOLO
Sicily native Giusepper Priolo for many years has been advancing his carrier in Italy. The future chef started mastering the profession at the age of 14 when he decided to become a cook.
Having worked at the hotel catering at Four Seasons in Istanbul, with Dhoa and Cairo, with Kempinsky and Hilton at Sicily and having accumulated a vast experience, starting 2009 Giuseppe has been working at Francesco restaurant in St. Petersburg.
The chef gives his culinary priority to the Mediterranean cuisine both traditional and creative. He also pays a high attention to the choice and quality of products.
Giuseppe sees his main objective in surprising restaurants guests again and again and to present them with an authentic Italian cuisine that is light, wholesome and diverse.
